“Your body has a blueprint, a schematic of what perfect health is and is constantly trying to achieve this perfect health for you.”
What is Energy Medicine?
Our energy body resembles a hologram around the body. It is the blue print for the physical body. The principle being that everything that manifests on the physical body first presents at the energetic level. Energy medicine involves working at this level. It addresses the imbalances using one or many therapies which in turn has a balancing effect at the physical level.
This also explains why many people in Eastern countries where energy medicine is more prominent attend their practitioner or doctor on a preventative basis. They are addressing imbalances in the energy field before they present physically.
Energy Medicine plays a pivotal role in feeling well and is the basis of my practice. Energetic medicine is based on what numerous cultures describe as a matrix of subtle energies that animate the physical body. This is known as Chi in China or Prana in India and Tibet.
In the course of my day, depending on the specific needs of the each client I use Kinesiology, Bioresonance, Acupuncture, Homoeopathy and Flower Essences.
BioResonance
Bioresonance involves working at the energetic level to ascertain imbalance and in turn achieve balance.
A bioresonance device enables communication with the energy body thereby detecting energetic imbalances and importantly, their causes. This testing is quite comprehensive. It incorporates testing hundreds of different substances from food allergies to the presence of infection along with testing for nutritional deficiencies and organ testing.
During the testing when an imbalance is detected, it is measured to gauge the extent, then a correct remedy is chosen through testing to address this imbalance. This you will be recommended to take until your next visit. Imbalances are then remeasured on your next visit to ascertain how much you have improved.
Kinesiology
Developed by Dr George Goodheart Kinesiology (pronounced kin-easy-ology) is, through muscle testing, enabling the practitioner to assess the client’s energy field for energetic imbalances. Kinesiology addresses the whole person, emotionally, physically and energetically. When you are out of balance in one area it can affect you in other areas.
Balance is key to emotional contentment. Flower Essences are very helpful in alleviating emotional upset. Through kinesiology different flowers are tested to provide support emotionally. Emotional Stress Release (ESR) is another area of kinesiology that has very beneficial effects on the body and mind during stressful times. It is also very helpful in relieving past emotional upset.
Homoeopathy
Homoeopathy is another form of Energy Medicine which works with our energy body. Developed by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann in the late 1700’s, it is the science of healing from within which assists our innate intelligence, prompting the body to heal itself.
Homoeopathy views the symptoms of illness as an expression of the healing power of nature. Through Bioresonance and Kinesiology alongside classial homoeopathy I also use complex homoeopathy extensively in my practice. This involves a variety of ingredients in each homoeopathic remedy. Homoeopathy is used to address to many conditions and is also most helpful in boosting immunity and in the maintenance of good health.
Flower Essences
Flower Essences address a very wide variety of emotions gently and effectively achieving balance on emotional, physical and spiritual levels. In my practice I use Bach Flowers and Australian Bush Flowers.
Phytobiophysics Flower Formulae
Phytobiophysics preparations allow the utilisation of the infinite energy of plants to harmonise and balance imbalances of humanity on all levels of consciousness, spiritual, mental, emotional and physical.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture, is a form of energy medicine based on Traditional Chinese Medicine that is traced back at least 2,500 years. It is a safe and effective therapy recommended by the World Health Organisation for many common conditions.
Based on the premise that we have energy pathways (Qi) known as meridians which flow throughout our body, acupuncture involves the insertion of individually wrapped sterile needles into specific acupuncture points in the body. This is in order to achieve a balanced flow of qi along these meridians which is essential for good health. Disruptions of this flow are believed to be responsible for disease and ill health.
